Most enterprises don't lack ambition. They lack the system to turn ambition into action. We built ideasIQ — the AI-first Idea Operating System — to close that gap, permanently.
We are building an operating system, not another tool — AI-first idea and innovation management software that connects where ideas emerge to where outcomes are measured. Every product decision, every service model, and every design choice we make is tested against one question: does this move an idea closer to a funded, shipped outcome?
We started because we kept seeing the same pattern. Talented people inside large organizations had powerful ideas. Those ideas got lost — in meetings, in inboxes, in inconsistent review processes. The gap wasn't a lack of innovation. It was a lack of system.
ideasIQ is that system.
Founded in 2026 · Headquartered in Gurugram, India · Built for enterprise innovation, PMO, and IT leaders.

Discovery, scoring, routing, narrative creation, and forecasting are AI-driven and explainable. AI is the operating core, not a bolt-on feature.
Tenant isolation, model isolation, audit trails, PII/PHI redaction, and governance by design are treated as first-class requirements.
Pipeline visibility and impact forecasting are directly tied to execution stages. We measure promised outcomes, not activity.
From idea submission to board-ready outcome reporting, the system is complete across discovery, scoring, funding, and delivery.
Every feature, meeting, and service decision is tested against one standard: did this move an idea into a measurable outcome?
We build frameworks, document decisions, and design systems. The discipline we bring to clients is the same discipline we apply internally.
Governance exists to serve creators, reviewers, and leaders. Structure should increase confidence, not constrain initiative.
In product, design, and communication, we prefer direct, simple, and understandable expression over complexity.
Code, design, copy, and service delivery are built to pass enterprise procurement and security review.
We are building infrastructure, not campaigns. Architecture and operating decisions are made for long-horizon resilience.
Founder, ideasIQ
International affairs strategist · Public policy expert · AI & innovation-led growth leader
Divya Dwivedi is the Founder of ideasIQ, an AI-enabled innovation and strategic growth platform built on a simple conviction: transformative ideas create value only when technology, policy and cross-sector collaboration are combined to translate them into scalable, real-world impact.
With over two decades of experience spanning government, business, technology and international partnerships, Divya works at the intersection where policy meets execution — designing solutions that are visionary in ambition but practical, scalable and implementation-driven in delivery. She is an alumna of the Indian School of Business (MBA) and the Harvard Kennedy School (Master in Public Administration), with additional studies in sustainability at MIT — a combination that grounds her work equally in rigorous policy thinking and entrepreneurial execution.
Her career has included leadership roles with VMware, the UK India Business Council, FICCI, the Mayor of London's Office, and UK Trade & Investment, where she led initiatives across investment promotion, international trade, digital transformation, public policy and strategic stakeholder engagement — working closely with governments, industry, multilateral institutions and civil society to unlock investment and build the partnerships that accelerate innovation-led development.
Through ideasIQ, Divya is building AI-powered platforms and ecosystems that help governments, institutions and businesses tackle complex development challenges — turning promising ideas into measurable productivity, competitiveness and resilience. Her approach is systems-driven: bringing together technology, policy, entrepreneurship and strategic partnerships into solutions built not for a single sector, but for the full range of challenges — from digital public infrastructure and trade to agriculture, education, climate and governance — where innovation can create lasting value for people, economies and the planet.
Whether you're a CIO structuring your innovation pipeline, a PMO leader closing the execution gap, or an innovation team tired of ideas disappearing, we're ready to listen.
